fix(mission-control): consistent dark theme across all pages

- All pages now use min-h-screen bg-slate-950
- Consistent card styling: bg-slate-800 rounded-xl border border-slate-700
- Fixed all hyphenated function names
- All 27 pages tested and returning 200
