Our Story
Marco Ferretti grew up in the pizzeria his grandfather ran in Naples' Quartieri Spagnoli. In 2010, he brought the family recipe to the Costa del Sol — the same 72-hour fermented dough, the same wood-fired oven built by hand from Neapolitan bricks.
Our oven burns at 450°C — hot enough to bake a pizza in 90 seconds. The dough blisters, the cheese bubbles, the base gets those charred leopard spots that mark a real Neapolitan pizza.
We use only 00 flour from Naples, San Marzano tomatoes from the slopes of Vesuvius, and buffalo mozzarella from Battipaglia. If it's not from Italy, we don't use it.
