From the Clay Oven
Our tandoor is a traditional Indian clay oven, burning at over 450°C. It gives our breads their distinctive char, keeps our meats impossibly tender inside, and fills the restaurant with the irresistible aroma of saffron, charcoal, and roasting spices.
Every morning our kitchen prepares fresh dough and marinates meats in our house spice blend — a recipe passed down three generations.
